INFORMATION ABOUT AROMAS

Our website exists for our customers to purchase room odourisers in a secure and reliable online environment, we do not sell any of our products as anything except freshener for rooms.

We will not supply anyone who intends to use our products for anything other than as a room aroma.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

We aim to keep all our products in stock all the time. All in stock orders placed up to 16.00 will be dispatched the very same day and sent out second class in the UK, first class and next day delivery options are also available for a nominal fee to cover the additional costs, we get proof of postage with all deliveries and are happy to send you a copy if required. Larger orders will require a signature as proof of delivery.

Our delivery starts at just £2.50 for UK second class and only 50p extra at £3.00 for 1st class. There is also an option for guaranteed next day delivery by 1pm.

All orders are sent out in plain unmarked packaging.

RETURNS

If you are not happy with your purchase from Room Aromas please post your item back in a sealed Jiffy Bag to the address on our contact page, with your name and order number and we will refund your purchase and original postage amount.

Refunds will only be accepted up to 7 days from the date of receiving the goods from Aromaromauk and must be made in writing by post or by email, full contact details are available on our contact page.

Only whole sealed bottles will be refunded and refunds will only be paid up to 7 days from purchase date.

ADDITIONAL COSTS AND VAT

All orders are subject to a delivery charge, all our website prices include vat at the standard rate of 20%.
